Terms of service and refunds
The agreement between your business and Kwikri ERP, in plain language.
Last updated 20 October 2026
1. The service
Kwikri ERP is online software for point of sale, invoicing, stock, purchases, payroll, reports and email marketing. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your business.
2. Your account
Keep your password private and give each staff member their own login. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the accuracy of what you enter. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
3. Free trial
New accounts get 14 days free with no card needed. At the end of the trial, choose a package to keep creating and changing records. If you don’t, your records are kept and you can still log in to view them.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in Uganda shillings (and US dollars) and shown on the pricing page. You pay in advance for a month or a year by MTN MoMo, Airtel Money or bank transfer, then send us the transaction ID; your package switches on once we confirm the payment. Prices include any taxes we are required to charge. We will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before changing the price of your package; the new price applies from your next payment.
5. Refunds
- If you were charged by mistake or charged twice, email us within 14 days and we will refund the extra payment in full.
- If you pay for a year and close your account within the first 14 days of that payment, we refund the payment in full.
- Otherwise payments are not refunded for the remaining part of a month or year, but your package stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds go back to the mobile money number or bank account you paid from, usually within 10 working days.
To ask for a refund, email hello@kwikri.co.ug with your business name and the payment reference.
6. Cancelling
You can stop paying at any time; there is no contract. To close your account and delete your records, email us. Download a copy of your records first from My account.
7. Acceptable use
Don’t use Kwikri ERP for anything illegal, to send spam or emails to people who did not agree to receive them, to store data you have no right to keep, or to try to reach another business’s records. We may suspend accounts that do, after warning you where we reasonably can.
8. Tax and payroll figures
Kwikri ERP works out VAT, PAYE, NSSF and Local Service Tax using the rules we know of at the time. Rates change and individual cases differ. Check the figures before you pay or file; filing returns and issuing fiscal documents through URA (including EFRIS), NSSF and your local government remains your responsibility.
9. Availability and liability
We work to keep Kwikri ERP running and your records safe, including regular backups, but we cannot promise the service will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Your data
Your business records belong to you. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. If we can’t settle a disagreement by talking, the courts of Uganda will decide it.
