Can tenants pay for 3 or 6 months?
Yes. Each tenant pays monthly, every 3 months, every 6 months or yearly. Kwikri makes the rent invoice for each period by itself and keeps the balance.
How do tenants get reminded?
By SMS to any MTN or Airtel number: 3 days before rent is due, on the day, and when it is 5 and 15 days late. You can also send a WhatsApp reminder in one tap.
Can I bill water from a sub-meter?
Yes. Add a meter to the room, type the readings each month, and the units used are added to the tenant’s next rent invoice at your price per unit.
